1. Cancellations & Refunds (Before Shipping)

How the Grace Period Works:

• Status: "Processing" or "In Production": If you log into your account and see that your order status has not yet changed to "Shipped," you may cancel your order immediately.

• Result: If caught before shipping, we will cancel the production and issue a 100% full refund to your original payment method.

2. Returns (After Shipping)

Because your product is a custom-made item featuring your personal image (which we cannot resell to anyone else), all sales are considered final once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If you receive your item and simply decide you do not want it, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
